We placed our Valley Center home on the market in the fall of 2024. There was very little activity, so we took it off the market until February 2025, when we signed with Chris. He promoted, staged the house, advised on aesthetic changes and took care of the property while we were moving to our new home. Two weeks later, we had more than one offer and ultimately received our asking price. Chris made the whole process very seamless for us. We could not be more pleased with the personal service he provided.
